I found this receipe on someone else's blog and it looked so.... good that I want to try and make it and thought I would also share it. I will take a picture if mine turns out as beautiful as her's did and only if it does lol. It looks like a really simple one to make so I want to try it out and peach cobler is one of my favorite. Wish me luck.
Ingredients:
2 large fresh peaches or 4 small fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups sugar divided
1/2 cup butter melted
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash nutmeg
3/4 cup milk
Directions:
Mix peach slices with 3/4 cup sugar, set aside.~Pour melted butter in 8 inch square baking dish, set aside.~Mix flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and remaining sugar.~Stir in milk to flour mixture, until just combined.~Pour flour/milk mixture over butter.~Top with the peaches and sugar mix. It should look like a bunch of batter floating in butter.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
